Chat with usWhite label is a separate application in the marketplaces with the provider's logo as an icon. For the placement of a separate application, a single annual fee of $1000 is charged. This amount includes: setting up the application in stores, description and design of images, supporting documentation, legal relations with Apple and Google, publishing regular updates and much more.
Active users are subscribers who use the application at least once a calendar quarter. Our system identifies such users and displays their total number on the main page of the provider's admin panel.
Push notifications are free of charge in any quantity. With our system you can send mass, targeted or personal notifications. You can also set up different notifications for specific date and time.
Also subscribers receive automatic notifications about the need to top up their accounts.
For example, one subscriber receives two notifications monthly - an automatic payment reminder push and, let's say, a holiday greeting or a warning about a line breakdown. Imagine we have 1000 subscribers. In total, in our example, 2000 notifications will be sent per month, absolutely free of charge, while SMS service will cost at least UAH 940 monthly.
